  • Walking barefoot (which is also termed as ‘earthing’ or ‘grounding’) not only keeps my mind and body healthy, it also helps me make new friends!
    My bare feet bring me lots of fun, joy, freedom, lightness, and connection - not only with my body and the earth, but also with other like-minded people. 😊
    I keep making friends through barefoot walking not only within and beyond my town but also my country. Wonderful ❤️
    You health is in your hands and bare feet!
    With love and warmth, your Barefoot Ice Princess ❤️🦶🦶💦🧊👸🧊💦🦶🦶❤️

    Living barefoot with the locals is a wonderful thing. It means you have something in common across all culture and language barriers. I did that too when I was in India, I did just like the locals.

    It’s good to show the washing and use of the pumice stone at the end of the video.
    Proper washing and care are essential at the end of the day.

    Hi there, what a great video. It really shows off how much you live the barefoot lifestyle to the maximum. As a barefooter myself, it was fantastic to see another barefooter enjoying the freedom of not wearing shoes. How long have you enjoyed going barefoot?

      Hi there, thank you ❤
      All my childhood and then unfortunately for way too many years mostly high heels 👠 Only since 2020 I walk barefoot daily as much as I can and no doubt for the rest of my life…. As you know it is pure joy to experience this world barefoot 😊

    How do you manage to go barefoot every day? Don't your feet hurt and need rest, from time to time?

    • @barefooticeprincess
      @barefooticeprincess  ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Hey, thank you, yes they did hurt quite strongly when I started walking barefoot. It takes time and practice and the more / longer you do it the easier it becomes. Just like with everything in life. Now days walking barefoot gives me the amount of energy I had not experienced even in my 20th or 30th. I feel younger, healthier and more energetic with every passing day and wish all of you the same. After a long day walking barefoot (especially up here in the Himalayas) I do not feel tired or exhausted on the contrary I feel so strong and powerful, unstoppable and in love with this planet and my life. ❤️

      🔴 Dear @@barefooticeprincess, it's so simple to be nice and happy ... Just remove your shoes (if you have) and all is OK - life is better !
      You learn a lot when you’re barefoot. The first thing is every step you take is different.

    please share your opinion or experience on this thing that is there any issue if i walk barefoot at public places or anywhere where there would be some bad infected liquid or like human spit or cough or anything virus occupied thing and come in touch with our feet and i kept that whole day with me until washing my feet. please share your thoughts on this case ...

    • @barefooticeprincess
      @barefooticeprincess  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thank you . People spit and cough around us whether we are barefoot or not. We are surrounded by known and unknown viruses and germs 🦠 all the time.
      What protects our body from the many harmful substances, germs and cell changes that could make us ill? Our Immune system.
      I personally do not know better steps I can take toward naturally keeping my immune system working properly than EARTHING (walking barefoot) and COLD WATER IMMERSIONS 💦 I suffered from different chronic illnesses for many years. Not anymore: I have achieved a healthy, pain and totally pill-free life. Wishing you good health and a long happy life 🙏❤️

      Dear @@barefooticeprincess, humans have evolved barefoot and the feet are well-equipped to handle any problems they might encounter on the ground. Aside from accidentally stepping onto something that might be painful (e.g. a Lego) you’ll be fine. In fact, it’s much healthier to go barefoot, than to let your foot sweat inside your shoe, creating a dark, damp and warm environment, perfect for the growth of bacteria and fungi.
      Aside from that, your average modern shoe is too narrow for the human foot, meaning it will compress and eventually deform your foot causing all kinds of issues.
      - I discovered this pleasure of walking barefoot since at the age of 3 (in 1962), which I still have even now. Shoes are much dirtier than the bare feet !!!
