I don't have a kuztall yet but I have a good variety of grinding stones much stronger than the sandpaper rolls and I have the engraving bits and round bits for carving. I have seen you use the small cone grinding stone for the eyes so VERY excited to try a spirit for real. The griding stone just did a fantastic job sharpening my plant shears - very cool the Dremels
I looked through all the tools and burrs you had listed and the tapered burr you used in the video remains a mystery it looks like it is very cool to work with, it looked very smooth. Very nice also enjoy all your video's
its really amazing on these demos that you dont do much pencil lines you just instinctively go for it very fun project as a guide since I want to dremel my next 1 x 1 "something" instead of getting cut from my darn xacto again! I dont have the flex shaft but it is obviously still possible as long as im careful.
@@carvingandsuch no kidding when I tried my very first and only carve as a simple line carving the 8200 was very top heavy. Using the Dremel without a vice on a 1 x 1 is a danger - Thank You for the advice
What i did with small pieces, I leave a little extra on the bottom just something to hold on and cut it later when i done. Kutzall bits won’t hurt you except the extreme bits. That’s why i not using them often.
Kutzall or carbide bits for fast wood removing and usually diamonds for details. I believe there is some links in the description if you wanna check out 👍👋
More tikis please!! Great job!!

I do recommending a flex shaft. Makes it easier to hold and control.the dremel itself is very bulky to handle. Just a tip 😉
