After reading the book, I got confused . After doing the lap, I got more confused . After I watched this video, I got a good understanding. Thank and take my subscribe :D
Well done, I feel like there should be a modern part 3 (because it seemed like the video ended mid concept). For Part 3: -Troubleshooting scenarios with funky MST configurations. - How they work in modern implementations with certain network designs (MST coupled with vPC and VSS) using a collapse core design.
Sir i want to ask. If MSTP run along side PVST then how is the BPDU of MSTP look like when it sent it BPDU to the PVST switch because in PVST in every BPDU we will have an VLAN ID to know what BPDU vlan that belong to but with MSTP it may have many vlan and many instance in it so how is that BPDU look like.
In 2024, this is still gold. Thank you.
MST newbie here; this video was the best explanation I've found!

Great ! Really enjoyed!
Working through this material for the new CCNP. This explained it a lot better than the fancy Cisco book. Thanks!
@Nora Indigo It is like being taught by a robot, but not in an amusing way
@@derekb9558 I agree, the QoS section was all over the place also. Had to read other books from earlier times to get a feel for what's going on.
Brilliant ! absolutely Brilliant. You talk in a away so that the other person understands it.
