As many commentators are stating here, at [2:50] looks like a foul committed by a Korean player, pushing down the Philippine player to the ground.
You can't see who initiated the contact. It could have been the Filipino player in which case the ref would have allowed advantage to be played.

Korea, along with Iran, is one of the countries hated by afc for taking only prize money without any sponsorship for a long time
