But he was totally bluffing since he never contacted me or made any effort to set up a debate of any kind, even though he announced that he was going to pay for me to go to London? OK, so, maybe the universities websites need updating, but I searched for the debates on the University of Birmingham website, and the Aston University website and I couldn't find the events that Subboor claimed he "booked", so maybe he's just lying about this too.

Not to mind read or anything but it feels like calling unserious interlocutors by unflattering names feels like his style for dealing with them. Maybe not the best way but look at how he riled up James Tour with the combination of facts and sort of true unflattering characterisations without using ad hominem as the reason to dismiss their arguments.
