Excellent Video - I really enjoy seeing the Steam whenever it visits me around Manchester & Lancashire with the Hope Valley Line to Sheffield. It's absolutely delightful to see & photograph.
I read a comment somewhere about how they put so many coaches on these trains to try and make a few quid that they have to put a diesel on the end to push them around. If that's the case it's not working. Most of these carriages seem almost completely empty. Or did everyone jump off up the line?
Thanks! The majority of Black 5 tour passengers had already disembarked at Bath, and all of the Britannia passengers got off at Bath so the moves seen are just ECS prior to turning and returning to London
Excellent! Very enjoyable.Lovely shot at the end with 70000 in the dark. All the best.
Brilliant video! I saw them at Slough.
