Elena, thank you for your message here. As you know I chose to separate from my twin several months ago and am on that healing journey. I have a question for you. There is likely not a one fits all answer but I’m curious what you know. If the DF has healed to a point where she is able to detach and is no longer co-dependent, does the separation need to continue until the DM heals himself or can healing continue and take place while together? Maybe the positive changes in the DF serve as an example to the DM and help facilitate his healing. Since no one is ever completely healed, at what point do you think has enough healing occurred for them to end the separation?
@@nacmbs I actually love this question... The separation stage lasts long enough until the DM is ready to come into contact/union with the DF... Of course, when the DF is healed enough she's holding the space and showing the way to the DM but not necessarily by being together! That happens mostly energetically... If you choose to make contact now, without him taking the first step - it means 1) you are not completely detached yet 2) you are not giving him the opportunity to step into his masculine energy and "claim" you by declaring he's ready for you! 3) the cycle of running - chasing repeats itself..! The separation stage is a sensitive one. We either go back to same pattern of chasing -running, or we continue moving forward and allow things to unfold for us! When in the separation stage, it's normal to feel "maybe he's ready now" or "maybe I can help him" but with all these it is as if you are choosing to repeat the previous steps again! Let him come to you, would be my advice, when he's ready. The good thing is that divine guidance and interference takes place in twin flames so believe me, things will play out in the best way possible..!
