Maybe they figured it would have been released too late in the franchise life to make money.
It's likely it probably would have come in 2019 or 2020, which is too late for most fans.

The concept art looks pretty cool, especially that underground city. Who knows what it would have been about, though.
With the 2017 movie, they started working on it in 2014, so by the time it got released, it was already somewhat out of sync with the tv series. For example, the Storm king says he needs "all 4 princesses", but we already had a 5th princess at this point, who is nowhere to be seen. Also, folks like Thorax, Ember, Gilda and Gabby didn't get invited to the festival (nor Discord, for that matter)¹. So maybe they thought the next movie wasn't gonna work out after all these developments. Or maybe they just decided to focus on the G5 movie instead, as G4 was already kind of winding down at that point.
¹ Although I supposed that kind of worked out with the movie's themes. Equestria was very isolationist and pony-centric, so they were completely unaware of what was going on outside their borders, even with their supposed allies in the hippogriffs. So after the movie they started to think about the other species/kingdoms more often.

It could be Better movie and I hope It had Better, Perfect Plot and Character design but Hasbro Canceled it for no reason Man if they Didn't canceled and Released it This Movie Would be better than Rainbow Roadtrip hope We will see this.

Could be any number of reasons honestly. Maybe the concept art was ready but they didn’t have a script or story prepared. Maybe they did get approval but another higher up vetoed it without the other’s knowledge (which is a pretty common nightmare in film making). Maybe by the time they got everything ready it was already decided by corporate that they were no longer using G4 going forward.
Either case I really enjoyed Rainbow Roadtrip and kind of wished we got more specials like it.
I am going to talk about the Rainbow Round Trip special in the next month. I agree that more specials would have nice!

Well i hope we could see this g4 series version to be coming back and continued with there more episodes and there own sequel called my little pony friendship is forever because I think those 6 episodes are beginnings of it and i also hope we might get a g4 and g5 crossover movie called united ponyverse and it wouldn't be cancelled and i think this g6 series has been rebooted by g4 and g5 to be in this series called camp cutie mark

Where are you getting Rainbow Roundtrip from? It's Rainbow ROADTRIP. It's right there, in the title. It looks like the second movie never got past the development stage.
I somehow accidentally confussed Rainbow Roundtrip for Rainbow Roadtrip in my script. My bad, I do the voiceovers and then add the screenshot I did not notice while editing. Also, I am sure the theatrical sequel was canceled very early on, too.

I don't consider myself to be a png tuber. I just have a still image of my Kirin OC Daisy Spines that draws myself that is used in the background while I talk. I am not a great artist or anything if being honest, I have not fully finished designing her yet and don't have a reference sheet. I am open to art of my OC anytime. Just tag me here on TH-cam using your community tab and comment on my most recent mlp related video to tell me about it. I don't have enough time to edit in OC sprites, which are like png thingy but more than one pose and corspond with talking or expressions. I can't finish long videos on time as is. I think it's super sweet that you offered, but there is no need . Your art style is super cute, and I am not offended or anything, btw.
