I literally said it's not ending yet, I know about the comics coming out and mentioned them. By the story, lines from the shows will not get an on-screen conclusion, which is really in the place where it matters to most people. The comics are not fully canon and aren't super popular, if you know what I mean.

You're right, but I never cared for brushing hair on my ponies growing up. Even though I love Barbie. My jam was blind bags and the Guardians of Harmony toys. I was in the target demographic for most of FIM's run.

@@margaretespinoza4492 I enjoyed Guardians of Harmony as well as the blind bags. But unfortunately Guardians of Harmony didn’t sell well and they were always on shelves collecting dust not just from where I live but I heard the same thing from others around the world. The reason the blind bag ponies sold well is because they’re fairly affordable, cheaper to produce, and they had tons of different characters as well as it gives kids the “surprise” dopamine in their brains which peeks the most at that age. And yeah, there are people that do prefer the sculpted on hair in the fandom but I find most of those people to be fans that got into MLP during Friendship is Magic or after FiM. For the main consumer of MLP (which are parents who grew up with MLP and people that like traditionally girly things) we aren’t looking for action figures when we are looking for MLP toys… I even saw some parents complain that they no longer make playsets for the comb-able ponies and how they barely focus on them. In fact, this is the first generation of MLP that has the lowest number of comb-able pony toys (excluding the fashion style ones). I remember when we got our first little round of comb-able ponies and it was a big deal in the collector space because we haven’t really gotten any and we wanted them.. I’m not saying they can’t do anything outside of their traditional style, but what I am saying is that there was no brand confusion in the previous generations with parents, kids, and collectors until now. Whenever they did other stuff it was more of a side thing but now it’s taken a huge chunk of the brand, and if Hasbro continues doing things like this with this brand then they will no longer have my money going towards My Little Pony. Collectors have gone onto Wild Manes and Unicorn Academy just to name a few because Hasbro is tone death and their competitors are giving the consumers what they want, and better than Hasbro. If I want action figures I’ll just buy transformers or Ninja Turtles personally. Meanwhile I’ve just been giving my money to second hand sellers on eBay and Mercari as I collect Pony toys from the previous generations as well as my childhood ponies. I’d even pay for Guardians of Harmony second hand because at least they were unapologetically action figures.

I think most of the hate is written, not so many videos. I have seen comments saying truly awful things, and it's uncalled for.

I would be more in different if the canons were not connected. Knowing its kinda is supposed to continuation makes me care. I wanted to see Skyros, and I don't think that is happening now. I am glad that people like you can remain indifferent about things.

@@margaretespinoza4492 just think of it as an alternative timeline the multiply verse existed in G4 so maybe this isn’t the official timeline of events that would explain all the retcons it helps a lot if you think of it this way

I am like that with LPS gen 2 it was around when I was a child, but it did not matter to me much. But Gen 3 shows was a major comfort show for me, and everyone seemed to hate it for no reason. The animated show never got a proper conclusion, in my opinion, which has bothered me for years.

I have doubts about getting a proper explanation for the main six FIM.

I think Gen 5 Equestria Girls could be a good thing. That being their likly canceled already. 😞 I have seen no proof that we are getting any new Equestria girls anytime soon.

It's okay to dislike Gen 5. I still have my reservation about it. Mostly from the lack of non pony characters and the fact it's 3D, which I am not a huge fan of. I am still salty about hasbro not going for a fully separate world that has no bearing on previous generations. I feel bad for the target demographic of fans. Generation 5 was made for being left without a proper conclusion. It's important to remember that Gen 5 is for 4-10 years girls not anyone else. That does not excuse any bad writing or poor quality animation by any means. I never watched the Netflix series because I hate Netflix practices in the last five years. I don't wanna give them money.

Gen 5 has bad looks, movies, toys and the story makes no sence. Sunny became a albacore and princess in less time then Twilight who earned it in a good way and the ponies and society acts like it's media like humans and they also never explain what happend between twilight becoming princess of friendship and where the magic went. Gen 4 was so much better with designs, songs, merch, movie, show and plot excetra

Honestly MLP G4 is much better than g5.. Why couldn't we just have a continuation of G4..? We barely know who luster dawn is.. let alone we never even saw Flurry heart grow older..

I can't say for 100%, sure, but channels have getting copyright claims from Hasbro for posting it. Hasbro doesn't copyright claim just any fan animatic, you know? That is not confirmation, but it does lend credibility to the claims of it being real.

What I saw in the leaked video it had some problems, but it could still be a good show it just needs a little refining.

I think there is some potential fir that idea.

I definitely love the G4 tbh. Having a 3D version would be nice. But the g5 is just NO
