Clinker formation in Boiler! How to avoid clinker formation inside boiler furnace
    The coal which we use has the carbon which changes to Carbon dioxide on burning and gives heat. The rest of the fuel material after the burning is ash. The ash is a solid material.
    But when the temperature inside the furnace rises above 900degree Celsius, the ash becomes sticky and joins to form lumps with the fuel coal. This is the clinker. Hence the operating temperature of the furnace shall be maintained at 900 degrees to avoid clinker formation.
