This is the spiritual successor to "Mice on Venus". Really captures the feeling of being a long time fan of Minecraft and all the good memories the game brought.
It has the same vibe to it. Reminds you of when times....weren't so bad. When you were just having fun and making friends and enjoying the game as a whole. It's........comforting....to the point of where you almost want to cry.

Once me and my friend went on an adventure around the world to see what we could find... For hours we searched and looted shipwrecks, found new biomes, found some pets... But in all our searching we had forgotten how to get back to the base... more hours went by just searching for it until in the distance we caught a glimpse of the beach which surrounded our base and as we approached this song started playing... walking onto the beach during the sunset and seeing your base after hours of searching with this song playing... it brings back so many memories and makes you feel like no matter where you go or what you do or the challenges you may face, there is always one place you can feel at peace...

Here's a story,me and my friends made a Minecraft world in 2020, and we managed to get nearly out entire friend group on, it lasted around 4 days consistently, but we played for hours those 4 days, then it was more on and off due to the owner not being able to get on, we made it a realm, and only 3 of us joined said realm for a bit, before the owners realm membership ran out, then, around a half a year later, the 3 of us were hanging out and my friend(the owner of the world)got his switch out and we look at the world, and this song played, we talked about how it made it kinda sad looking back, then later we learned the name

I was 10 years old when this game came out. In elementary school I played it at the after school program my school had before my dad pick me up. I even played it in middle school but I had the game at home. I used to always think, "I can't wait for dad to pick me up so I can play my game". highschool came around and I sorta stopped playing. Halfway into my highschool years I moved states but not with my family and now I'm on the other side of the country separated from family. I'm in my early 20s now and I haven't seen my dad in almost 5 years. Kinda tough, I wasn't ready to leave them when I did and now hearing this track when I play every now and then...it makes me wish I had spent more time with my dad when I had the chance rather than playing a game on the computer :/

Now before I say this story I have been playing minecraft for 11 years and know the feeling of running old servers that are no longer living. And I still keep contact with the old crew but some unfortunately passed away. Imagine you are an og of minecraft who quit playing since the console editions ended and 7 years later you decide to get the Bedrock version of minecraft and this song greets you. Rolling in emotion you decide to try and contact all of your old friends and succeed at contacting all but 1 who passed away due to cancer. The first thing you do is create a survival world and you get to the point of ready to defeat the ender dragon and everyone starts to cry because of the 1 friend who is dead. You decide to talk to that friend's younger brother to defeat the final boss with you all. You defeat it and Directly after you build a memorial for the deceased friend and include the dragon egg in it. All that time you realize: friends are like stars you won't always see them but you know they're always there, diamond armor is no longer "op", the littlest things can turn into something unimaginable, your imagination can lead you to some unreal places, and last but not least, YOU matter. Don't take life for granted because it's not given, it's borrowed, don't wreck it. Enjoy your childhood while you can, enjoy every moment. I love you and have a good day.
I just want to hear the old music in this game. It only plays newer stuff that I hate. The old music is the music I’ve always loved. And when only 2 of the songs ever play in the game it’s better to just turn it off
@@prexasles1395 except the new stuff - how it so specifically and periodically plays takes away from the randomness and wonder of when the old tracks played and the style is much less fit for the game in many of ours' opinion (Kumi's tracks are great, though). When I hear this when I play Minecraft, I become very slightly sad.
When you’re just minding your business in Minecraft then this starts playing and you stop. You look out as the sun sets. It’s beautiful you think. You wish the moment could just stay there and stare out at the sun forever.
Now before I say this story I have been playing minecraft for 11 years and know the feeling of running old servers that are no longer living. And I still keep contact with the old crew but some unfortunately passed away.
Imagine you are an og of minecraft who quit playing since the console editions ended and 7 years later you decide to get the Bedrock version of minecraft and this song greets you. Rolling in emotion you decide to try and contact all of your old friends and succeed at contacting all but 1 who passed away due to cancer. The first thing you do is create a survival world and you get to the point of ready to defeat the ender dragon and everyone starts to cry because of the 1 friend who is dead. You decide to talk to that friend's younger brother to defeat the final boss with you all. You defeat it and Directly after you build a memorial for the deceased friend and include the dragon egg in it.
All that time you realize: friends are like stars you won't always see them but you know they're always there, diamond armor is no longer "op", the littlest things can turn into something unimaginable, your imagination can lead you to some unreal places, and last but not least, YOU matter.
Don't take life for granted because it's not given, it's borrowed, don't wreck it. Enjoy your childhood while you can, enjoy every moment.

I just want to hear the old music in this game. It only plays newer stuff that I hate. The old music is the music I’ve always loved. And when only 2 of the songs ever play in the game it’s better to just turn it off

@@prexasles1395 except the new stuff - how it so specifically and periodically plays takes away from the randomness and wonder of when the old tracks played and the style is much less fit for the game in many of ours' opinion (Kumi's tracks are great, though). At least, the new system for music playback in Minecraft absolutely and objectively sucks.

Dude this song reminds me what ive been trough all the pain all the fun all the nostalgia and all the suffering from depression wish the world was peaceful and perfect, it is not... why would something be perfect im wondering everyday how much i can still last is there an end to this or is it forever i dont even know who i am. i am slowly losing hope and yes nothing can change my life im done.. i tried everything asking friends for help my parents for help they tried, didnt work only hope is a miracle what is a world without the pain a beginning without an end...
