      I think one thing makes him look older even though he's trying to be young is, his skin.. it has gotten looser, especially his face.
      The treatments he's doing are making him look posh but.. it's like there's something missing. & that is what differentiates between a young teen guy and a middle aged man.

    Hi Bryan, when I saw an article about you, the headline seemed very crass “Tech entrepreneur spends 2 million a year to reverse age 5 years” and everyone was commenting about the money or the suspected reasoning. I felt that there was more truth to the story and decided to look it up for myself. Similar to what you explained about levels of truth with chocolate, I found that your mission isn’t vain at all, and if anything is asking a very valid question about aging, especially in a time where we have access to technologies and data that support a potential standard of reversal. Not all of us can do this now, but one day hopefully due to your and your teams work, this will be a normal part of life for people in the future. It's important that we keep in mind if we're measuring *markers* instead of outcomes.
    Imagine I have an old house and I don't want it to break apart soon. I notice that newer houses have little signs on their doors, indicating when they were built, just like mine does. But their numbers are way higher.
    So I change the number on my door to be higher too, in hopes that my house is now more like the younger ones.
    Some aging markers may be just like this. So just because some number is more like that of an 18yo doesn't mean that you've reversed the process of aging entirely.
    That being said, I'm confident that it is, in principle, possible and that further investment into this field will be phenomenally beneficial.

    Took me 5 bloody years to see that I was an accessory to the optical illusion he wanted to show. I loved him and he was truly eaten up by this and all that life he tried to gain he used up by running after being young - he did not live, he was dead inside. I look at him today (years after we parted ways) and he is still chasing the same things whilst life passes him by, and I have to say, I’m darn glad I made it out before he ruined me completely.
    Aging is human, reversing what nature does to all of us blessed with a long life is a crime in my book. I’m 38 soon and I’m glad I no longer am a teenager and I’m also glad I no longer look like one. I've always been very curious about the aging process at an early age like you. I'll be 25 soon. The most harmful habits to apparent age are sun exposure and repeated facial expressions.
      I'm naturally introverted and analytical so luckily I spend my time indoors and don't smile a lot. I look much younger than many of my ex classmates who are starting to look like men. I don't have signs of wrinkles or folds.
      I'd like to know from someone like you who's spent his entire life optimizing good habits how I can stop the organs from aging too.
      By avoiding the sun, my joints are going to be wrecked soon. Is there any other way to implement Vitamin D without damaging my skin? Any advice?

      @@stonerawks9882 You also have to keep in mind that how somones face looks has a lot more to do with genetics than how well they are ageing. Someones face is only a very very tiny part of health and longevity in most cases. People want to look good and that's great, but how old a person looks has very little to do with their health, longevity, and ageing. I think people should understand that because a lot don't.

    • @billj4525
      @billj4525 ปีที่แล้ว

      A persons face is only a very very small part of how well someones health is or well they're ageing. It's just very very genetic. Some people could do almost everything right, but they will appear to be ageing faster just based on their genetics even when they aren't. A persons performance as they age is what's really showing how they and they're body are doing if someone wants to be realistic about it and how they're ageing. You sound like you're doing great in many ways, but I thought it was important to throw that out there.

    hi Bryan, I have been trying to keep a diet like yours, for 2 weeks I have been going to sleep as early as possible, and I have been using tea tree oil for my gums. My dentist yesterday told me that my gums look good, not bleeding. I am gradually losing weight from 70 kilos, now I am 66,6. My goal is to be 58-60 again. My height is 172 sm. My sleep is so bad even though I really try hard. One thing I noticed is that I should stop eating after 2 pm. If I eat at 4 pm or later at 6 pm, I cannot sleep! I get up between 5 30 and 6 30, I just cannot spend more time in bed. I still eat cakes and drink black tea. I cannot do everything. So, my new strategy is to stop eating after 2 pm. Last night I did not sleep at all because I ate at 6 pm. I visited a dentist which is why I could not eat earlier. If I had known that it would ruin my sleep I would not have eaten at all. Every day I eat your super veggie. I take vitamin d, iron, potassium iodide and omega 3 fish oil. I cannot cut gluten free cakes (home made), but I will do it gradually. thank you so much for everything. The super veggie with me forever now. I could not eat garlic at all but with your recipe it is fine! And, I drink pomegranate juice every day! it is expensive so I can afford just one per day. I eat the super veggie then drink the juice. I am not happier or healthier, still suffer from shortness of breath. I do not exercise but do stretching.

    It is great that you are doing self experimentation and putting your data out there.
    Of course with what is available right now you can only do so much, a lot of work can make you stay healthy a live a little longer, and all this stuff will help a little more. But in the end aging will still get you.
    But true rejuvenation treatments are coming, and if your tests can help speed that process that Aubrey and others are working on, then I am very happy you are doing it.
