1.go to embedded service from quick find. 2.Choose the embedded service your are using for particular bot 3.View 4.chat setting :open it 5.pre-chat form :disable it note: It will take time to reflect the change(1 hour to 1 day)

In one of the options, can I put option "Connect with an agent" which will only show up if agent is available?

What license do you have in your Dev Org. in order to facilitate the creation of the bot?
any admin with a service cloud license will be able to create bots in salesforce
