9:23 - don’t worry about playing a lower iron compared to everyone else , if you read into it, a taylor made 7 iron could be similar to a cobra/wilson 6 iron! different brands make irons differently, just play your own game and what you’re comfortable with, it’s the strokes that matter not how you get there.

I hope you read this one Randy, i have been watching every vlog since the start, and i like them cause they are unique compared to others. I do think that cause this is a day in the life, you should record more when you go out in thexmorning, have a coffe, get some decent shots while drinking coffe, and that can be for like 3-4 minutes, then ace, then lunch again 3-5 minutes, then you can do like 5-7 minutes of Uncle randy, and then some like late night things like music, and other stuff. Some vlogs are like 25 minutes, 24 minutes of golf and 1 minute just you, so i think you can balance that, but still keep the slower pace and unique style. Love from Serbia ❤

Brother, in reference to your golf game as a 5 handicapped myself the 2 things I’d love to point out to you;
1) Have a slower, more methodical takeaway, almost as though you’re taking the time to think I about what you’re wanting to do on that swing before exploding down and through the ball from the top!
2) Once you’ve completed your swing try and stay in your finish position in balance as long as you can! It seems as though you’re rushing to try and retrieve the ball and hit the next shot to to get the ‘perfect strike’ and unfortunately that just won’t happen! So if you stay in balance at the completion of your swing and take a few seconds to think about how that swing felt and what you did well etc!
Any other pointers please let me know and I can try to help as much as I can!
These tips added 20 yards to my drive and took me from a 26 hcp down to 18 hcp in a few weeks.

I’ve been watching the vlogs from the beginning but I haven’t commented til now. Just wanted to say mate that the producing if the song at the end was sick. It’s the most personally connected I’ve felt with the vlogs. Keep it up!
i know the golf sim may be easier to get to when your in the city but for learning its way better to hit balls on the range. it will show you exactly what is happening when you hit the ball. also a tip i was told when on the range practising driver, is to place a ball on the floor in a straight line to where you want to hit to about a foot behind the ball you are hitting. on your back swing try coming back straight hitting the ball on the floor away complete your back swing and just swing through. hope that makes sense and helps in some way. keep up the hard work man

Loved the first big wedge video. The only thing I would like to see added is having the distance of the approach shots added to the graphic in the top right plus what club everyone is hitting for each shot they take.
As much as that would be great trying to setup up 4 cameras for 4 people playing, plus them being high handicap which means lots of bogeys and double bogeys. Noting down the distance and club used for each member would take forever and they have to be mindful that other people are playing around them too. People like Rick Shiels and the like can do it because they are pro golfers so they know they can get round a course in decent time. Once they all get much better this is an option, but for now it would be too hard. No offence to Josh, as he is new to the game, but can you imagine having to put every club and distance on each shot and he shoots 10 on a par 4. I think these are defo things for the future but for now, I can see why there will be a lot of fun videos/scrambles etc because otherwise they would be on the course for ages. A round of golf for me, at 16 handicap is about 3 hours. Thats me playing on my own lol

11:15 You either toe in or out with the club. watch the way you grip the handle. And you may need a shorter club. Also make sure you always look at the back of the ball . keep your shoulders in line with your knees and bend them all together makes a much better swing

The thing about golf is you don't hit the ball by using your arms, almost all power comes from the body, so my tip is to slowdown the backswign and when coming down only focusing on body movements.

I love the vlog content and I am tired of acting like I understand the golf content. I love it though .Because the Big wedge is up, could you do in one of the vlogs just a rundown of what Par 5, 4 is … and the different golf clubs and what is like the appropriate ball speed and such things. Also Music, yes! Music is King.💯🔥
When you are golfing, do you try to identify a certain proximity that you want to hit the ball to and then try to reversely imagine the trajectory back to the point from which you have to hit the ball and right down to the spot of the ball in which the swing is being hit and to the image of you swinging it in first person, for it to land in the desired spot. Essentially you are imagining the possible trajectory of the golf ball like in the simulator for every single adjustment you make with your driver in first person when your doing it for real, kind of like a user interface to help you , except its with the power of images in your brain being super imposed on your golf swing.

Good tip to get rid of winkles in clothes Randy - when you have your shower, get the shower hot so the steam fills your bathroom and hang up the clothing in your bathroom whilst you shower - only works if your windows and doors are closed andddd you can't do it in a fucking massive bathroom

Just a bit of advice Randy, don't listen to a lot of what the comments section say about your golf swing, focus on whatever you are getting told by your coach. Another thing to bear in mind, probably half the comment section have no actual clue what they are talking about but have seen some things on a video and they think they know it all. Everyone's swing is unique to them, and you may not be as far off as you might think!

Does your slice come back on the course because you are under pressure to get your shot in or more distracted by other people?
Shouldnt the face of the driver being hitting the base of the golf ball itself , rather than the holder for it go at the speeds and accuracy you expect it to. From what i have observed your force and accuracy is being lost when the ball holder is hit , as it proceeds to hit the ball with the remaining momentum after having hit the holder.

also when you are practising golf - take your time in between shots, you don't learn anything just hitting ball after ball after ball if you don't take your time between shots, every shot should be like you are on the course. Practice swing or two, whatever is your pre-shot routine should be replicated when on the course.
I know taking advice off randomers online isn't always the best, but tbf I've played since I was 6/7

Brother golf sims never simulate slicing the ball, there's no way for the sim to measure the magnus effect on a ball. It's impossible. You need to hit a real range to fix your swing before you use a sim, you're delaying progress otherwise

Need to change your grip a bit and grip over a bit more with your right hand and have more of a neutral grip and it will encourage your swing to slice less but you defo look like you are improving
in those moments you dont have much to say or not doing a activity, I would love to hear a few stories from your childhood and youth and how these things may have changed you into who you are or a bit more insight into the HOW of Randy, we get a lot of WHY but not much how you became Randolphin
I think some solo golf content would be sick or like a vlog visiting tourist attractions in London or even a vlog trying a new cafe every day and giving it a rating or a vlog showing more of the business side of life for you.

You need to take more time in between shots when you're at the sim. It's not realistic and probably bad for your swing to be continuously hitting balls without going through a routine before every shot. It's also bad for your back.
