During the covid pandemic (2 1/2 years) I was in a province in the Philippines. While there we built over 25 C.R's (toilets) and built and repaired many homes and distributed food and other essential items thanks to this youtube channel and the subscribers. On this episode of the Philippines: Dustin started his day gone outside to fill up his water tank and it took him 11 mins :P (Gee that must be your favorite chore :P) Then he and his hunnie bunnie started to read stories to their daughter some books :P After din din :P of course :P (Gee Everly loves Dr Seuss :P By the way you can read her DR Seuss A,B,C) She started to fall asleep after 4 stories :P But otherwise they had a good day :P

Great book for babies, she will love the pictures in a few months, then hopefully point to her own feet, then you can say yes your feet! Board books are ideal for the younger age group 3 months-18 months as they don't get torn! Aaaww I love this age onwards, I think you two are enjoying the books more than Everly!
Guttering a good idea, rain water can be used to flush your toilet. Yes that area concreted will look neater, if its sheltered can you make up dog beds for the dogs there?
She will know all about Michegan in the winter before she gets there!

Everly was listening attentively to His Dad..good , always reading a book to children from 0-5yrs . Eto ung stage n meron nabubuo sa isip nila ..Kya as a parent we need natin lagyan ng mabubuting salita ung utak nila..The. Way we talk,the way we speak..mddla nila yan hanggang lumalaki..If a child baby plng nkkrinig n ng cgawan. Expect that time will come,they will also yell KC meron n doon s utak nila...

Make sure when the concrete under the stairs is slightly sloped away from the house, so you don’t have standing water. Those guys will already know that but just in case. The Filipino’s construction techniques are definitely not like in the USA. They always do a good job in the end but in the US and especially Florida, they would never pass our building codes. One thing good is they have no building codes, except commercial buildings and it’s nice to not have to go through all the permits, architectural drawings, survey of the property and where the building is located. All together I like what they’ve done but my big but wouldn’t stand in that shower stall. Watching from Panama City Florida,USA. 🇺🇸🦅
Believe it or not, reading to baby girl is a good thing especially since she will be at least bilingual.
Keep reading to her every night. I read to my kids each night before bed. They grew up to be avid readers.

When Everly Kate grows up and sees the 'fart' videos she is gonna freak.....
The deck railing is strong...you can set flower and veggie baskets for the outside of the railing without obstructing the view or losing any deck space....

The book my husband read to our first baby is Green Eggs and Ham and instead of saying Sam we say Joanne coz that's our daughter's name. Do you like green eggs and ham? I don not like it Joanne I am. Our 4 kids grew up with Dr Seuss books and my husband actually bought sets of them for future grandchildren 🙂
