On this episode of the Philippines: Dustin and his hunnie bunnie are in the restaurant having lunch :P But otherwise Everly wanted to try the cup :P (But she's too young :P) But later after lunch Reche teases once again to Everly a little bit with some funny sounds :P But later in the afternoon it was raining but good thing there wasn't any floods :P Afterwards Reche was feeding the baby food to Everly :P after the catching shadow :P But otherwise they had a good day ;P

Cute baby everly kate.. but she have a flat headed like me..
Mix the carrot with mash potato, when I made like a stew with ground beef (we call mince) mashed potatoes, carrots, onions, and gravy my babies loved it. That was when I started blending a small portion of all our meals for them. Whether it was Chicken, or beef with mash potatoes and vegetables, they ate the lot. I used to give them mashed boiled eggs, and they would hold a finger slice of bread and butter and suck on it until eventually most of it would be eaten. Fruit and custard was a pudding they liked to, never sour fruit.

Put a squeeze of honey (tiny bit) in her veggies.
The CDC, FDA, and NHS all recommend not giving honey to babies under 12 months old because it can cause infant botulism, a serious type of food poisoning. Honey can contain spores of Clostridium botulinum bacteria, which can grow in an infant's immune system and produce toxins that cause botulism. Babies under 6 months old are at the highest risk.
