I really like his definition of leadership. I believe that leadership starts with the heart and we have to develop the skills to lead effectively.
There comes a point where You transition into Flow, and do NOT have to Grind it out.
So Glad that I LEARNED this, and Yes it's Work ... but not Hard , Grace is Always available for Believers and We can Grow in His Grace too.
Jesus said come and Learn of Me, and here is where We had to be AWARE of the Difference. Just like Hustle is not Something We should be doing after in a certain way.

I worked in a job for almost 11 years in the corporate world as people leader after graduating university and doing everything i could to succeed i was let go from my job last year. I followed what God has asked me to do and thats where i started my youtube and content journey which is about Golf for the most part but the purpose is impact.
The value and insight here keeps me motivated and gives me tangible actions.

What he didn't mention was 100% of what he made on the road in 2023 went directly back to the church. What he didn't mention was as the lead pastor of the church he was the top giver. Context is everything.
