After painting as the terrace is a exposed area within two to three months the top surface of the terrace floor will be covered with a thin layer of dust and dirt this will reduce the reflecting property of the paint to a great extent and we will start to feel the heat inside the house when temperature goes beyond 34° centigrade and the reflective paint will become useless so going for a cool roof tiles would be better instead of spending a lot of money in this paint.

It's not very effective, last year we used for our concrete roof for asian paints make. Only advantage is with bare foot we can walk over this type of painted roof.
Will not feel much heat on foot.
