@@paulacooper3545 it must have been ground almonds that I used. My cookies turned out powdery so maybe do some smaller test batches first 😊

I love to watch baking channel. So far this the my favorite one. I like your baking talents and your quiet style. Most of videos have loud music or human voices, most if all, they talk too much which is so annoying. Your video has no noise, music, no explanation, just your quiet demonstration.
