It’s been 4 months since me and my X broke up. It was a rollercoaster ride for me how to survive the pain, my mental states, anxiety and depression. And today, the pain is still there but I can say, I know how to manage and control it by praying and self love. 🥺💖
2 years ago, nung nagsimula akong makinig sayo kuya Darbs. I was from a 3 year relationship at sobrang devastating din yung naging result ng break up sakin. But with God and with his instrument (which is you), I was able to become a better version of myself. I am still listening to you. kung dati, nakikinig ako with a broken heart, ngayon nakikinig na ako with a heart that has been fully healed and has learned its lessons. Though alam kong marami pang darating na heartbreaks and disappointments from other people, at least alam ko na paano i-handle lahat ng worst possible situations. You've been a great help to not only me, but to everyone else that had their hearts broken.
P.s I also love gardening and I had that realization as well 😝

October 13 this year,a 4 years long distance relationship has ended. Masakit peru titiisin kasi it was a crystal clear that he wasn't the right one for me. I was just stupid not to face reality na di talaga kami para sa isa't isa. Just driven by my strong emotions, but thankfully I'm finally single. Single na may clear conscience and pure heart. Thanks to God!

7 months ago since my heart broke at palagi akong nanonood ng mga realtalk mo kuya darbs na talaga namang nasasapul ako at nasasaktan. Ngayon napansin ko I'm beyond grateful for what happened kasi naiintindihan ko na ang lahat alam ko na kung anong deserved ko yet napapangiti na lang ako kapag nag rerealtalk ka kasi hindi na ako nasasaktan. Thank you kuya Darbs for bringing hope to those people made a bad decisions including me. Hands up sayo.

Reading all the comments na realize ko bigla na may mas grabe pa palang mga pinagdadaanan ang mga tao dito. Tbh, 1 yr. kami and most of the time ng relasyon namin is ldr talaga kami. If kung kkompyutin yung oras ng pagssama namin I think hindi makakabuo ng isang araw, literally. Maayos kaming naghiwalay, pero ako lang talaga yung nagpagulo. Mas lalo kong pinalayo yung loob ng taong mahal ko sa mga pinaggagawa ko.
If ever mabasa man nya tong comment ko isa lang gusto ko mangyare sa kanya. Sana makahanap ka ng lalaking mas magmamahal sayo at hindi ka sasaktan katulad ng ginawa ko sayo. Although hindi physically, pero alam kong mas grabe ang sakit emotionally ng mga nasabi ko sayo, Grace. Sorry sa lahat and thankyou sa time na nakasama kita. ☺️

I am starting to walk away from my 10 years toxic relationship. He cheated multiple times and crashed my confidence because I AM FAT. He blamed me for all the mistakes he intentionally did to hurt me because I AM FAT. And I'm starting to forgive myself for letting him abuse me emotionally so I can keep on loving him while he only loves and cares about his wants and needs.

1week ago, me and my fiance broke up. 11 yrs, 8yrs engaged. Wala daw patutunguhan ang relasyon namin, at hindi na rin daw sya masaya. Kaya ayan nakahanap na pala sya ng iba,😰. Dun daw sya masaya, pinagsabay pa kame ng wala akong kaalam alam. Sobrang kampate ko yun pala may iba. Sobrang nakakalungkot, hindi ko inalala na ganito pala magiging ending namin. Super fresh pa, tuwing naaalala ko naiiyak nalang ako, ang sakit sa puso. Bakit? 😰 Thanks liya darbs sa mga videos mo na nagpaparealize kung gaano kalaga ang self worth. Yun yata yun nawala sken mula ng mahalin ko sya.
