I was using ordinary 10% niacinamide and salicylic. I felt some areas of my skin getting flaky and peeling so I stopped salicylic but it seems 10% niacinamide too is too harsh. So I am thinking of stopping that too. What mild niacinamide do you recommend? Also I am thinking of stopping BOJ ginseng essence for a while because it burns a little on those areas, so I thinking of switching to some other milder toner like Isntree Hyaluronic toner. FYI only areas around my mouth and ear is flaky.
niancinamide higher than 4% or glycolic tends to peels skin cause it's the dead skin cells just like kojic acid do, you just need to scrub once in a week or two if you have sensitive skin, Avoid toners contain alcohol it burns like hell. I was using loreal glycolic serum and it leaves so many dark spots and i stopped using it. Now it's my day one of using Axis y with peptaronic toner but it's not hydrating nor glowy. Feels nothing but looks lil darker around mouth area.

@@prachibhatt4207 no, it's my first time hearing😂 currently on kojie san for my cleanser, so i had to choose which will suit best with it. So im using Cosrx snail mucin essence as base toner. Bdw i haven't notice any spots reduction using rice water. I tried the cleanser and cream before. You can continue on your niacinamide, just try using twice/thrice a week until your skin adapt it. So you can use one day and gap and daily if you can feel that your skin is used to it. It takes time for spots and healing just experiment which products suits with each other. FIGHTING ♥
