@@JamesJoseph-te3jm James, not sure what state you are in, but some states have very strict laws. I’m in Northern WV and the river banks are privately owned all the way to the water. You’re allowed anywhere the land owner allows you. Only places here not allowed are: national forests and the Islands in the river. I think in KY you can surface hunt but they don’t allow sifting or digging. Just kinda have to call the Game Warden, they would have all the rules

@@JamesJoseph-te3jm If you do come down this way, it’s easier to have a kayak and launch it at a boat ramp or something. Most of the beaches are overgrown and hard to get down to the water

Have really enjoyed your videos for years. I search a couple of creeks using a floating screen and shovel the way you do. Some of my best finds in the last 10 years have come from creeks. Would really like to "pick you brain" sometime for more tips Lol.
Love your channel and a feel your enthusiasm ! I just recently caught the arrow hunting bug up in the Cascade mountains near Seattle. My son and I happened to find a few points at the edge of a lake along an old Native American trail which goes over the mountain pass. It’s covered in snow right now, but come spring, we will surely go back !

Hard to say, but it looks as if used for something due to the scratches in the cup side. I've found similar examples, minus the scratches, on several occasions and always drag em home with me just because. Love how you educate your viewers on the types and ages of what you find. Hi Clegg, I’m a big fan. I’m from Massachusetts and am going to be visiting the Ohio river in April…I think we’re staying in Wade and was probably going to use the boat ramp off of Rt 7. Any advice or pointers on areas around there to look or just basically just anywhere along the River?
I made a sifter and am bringing a shovel… I can’t wait!
