Shortest distance driven in an F1 career: Ernst Loof in 1953 only managed to go 2 meters in the ONLY GP he ever entered! The most incredible for me will always be The Schumi one: I mean the guy stand on the podium EVERY race of 2002, it was just impossible to beat.
And I think this record will never be matched, never. The fact that Clark in 1963, Senna in 1988, Schumi in 2004, Vettel in 2011, Hamilton in 2020 and most importantly Verstappen this season didn't reach that same percentage even in that dominant seasons makes the 2002 Schumacher so unmatchable. The fact that not even this Verstappen reached it shows that this number will never be topped. Not even after a season so dominant as Max did this year.
    Simply it's not possible.

There's a couple of other unbreakable records from Canada 2011. It's the longest Grand Prix in terms of time to complete the race(~4 hours and 4 minutes) and the race with the lowest race winning average speed (~46mph). Since Canada 2011, the regulations have been changed to ensure that such a lengthy rain delay never happens again, the result being declared at the 2 hour cutoff, regardless of whether the cars are running.
There's another unwanted record for the late Andrea de Cesaris, most race starts without a win, 208. Jody Scheckter has an unwanted record, the lowest placing in the championship a year after winning the world championship. Thanks to him and Gilles Villeneuve being lumbered with the superanuated 312T5 Ferrari, the 1979 world champion finished an abysmal 19th in the drivers championship in 1980 and was so lacking in motivation by the end that he decided to hang up his helmet.
