Hey great video. Just got mine and the screen works but every template is red and white. Any ideas to why? I can see the gauges working but it’s just red and white color instead of black and white

Does it have to be Vocore or will any touchscreen display work?

My USB module came off the ribbon connector recently.... is the unit stuffed or is there any way to reconnect it ? Incidentally, it did come off very easily and I was wondering, for my new 6.8 inch unit that arrived today, if putting some hot melt glue on at the connection point would ensure that it does not come off easily again and if the heat might damage the ribbon/usb module ?

I don't know if it can be fixed, maybe you can find a guide on that.
Hot glue should be okay. Otherwise, using Sugru would be a neater way to do that.

hi.. just wondering how you secure the usb cable inside the case?

The cable is sitting loosely in the case with some slack. I've secured the cable outside the case so it can't be pulled.

Looks nice. I just bought a used Nvidia Shield tablet tbh. Didn't cost me much cause they're not exactly popular anymore, but it's a nice size and has a good resolution. The only downside is that my cheap USB hub doesn't supply it with quite enough power :D
