It's when you reach Max EXP and you go to your equipment, there should be one called "prestige" when you are ready, you can prestige and you start at level 1, it converts all your gold into gems. It also resets your ranking and everything, you keep perks and your inventory though. Even the serum (Don't try getting armored serum it's not worth it, my friend has it, and he showed it to me, its bad) But the normal attack serum (Eren) is better.
