Watched this video 4 times and was so confused. I realized that the buckles mentioned on the "end" of the shoulder straps don't even exist. No wonder I was so confused. It would be nice if this video was removed and new instructions were uploaded that match the currently available carriers.
This was a fun way to get upset with not knowing what any of the pieces are called or being able to see the full harness and only a smiling model, thabks
I have two of these carriers: one I purchased in 2020 and the other is a slightly older model I found used at a consignment shop. Both have all the buckles mentioned in this video. This carry isn't as easy to get in and out of as just a regular front or back carry, but it IS useful sometimes. Be sure that both baby's arms come out the top before tightening the straps. If their arm is under the shoulder strap that goes across your front, then the strap will ride high on your neck instead of over your shoulder.
I’m looking at one right now and the straps have been changed! And the instructions it comes with are also outdated, and completely unhelpful! How are you going to charge this much and not give adequate instructions? At this point even if I figured it out I’m still returning it on principal.
The contortion act needed to tighten and loosen the strap behind your back whilst juggling a baby seems a bit of a stretch for some... I can barely do it. It's a bit stressful to be honest!
Valeria Goble I thought I was the only one in this situation. I love this carrier, only if my husband is here and can help me adjust all the straps. Otherwise, forget it, I can’t manage. I’m not a ninja. I can’t stretch like that.
@@LisAnnT it’s impossible to tighten the strap that runs behind your shoulders, on your own. Everything has to be tightened, even if you buckle and loosen all the straps.
I would recommend fastening all the buckles and dealing with the webbing and safety straps before putting in baby. That way once baby is in, all you have to do is adjust strap lengths. Also, just loosen the straps to remove baby. Unbuckle waist strap to remove carrier after baby is safely out of the carrier. Your shoulder straps will be buckled properly for wearing the carrier with crossed straps or hip carry and never need to be unbuckled.
Okay this is hard! I inherited this carrier from my sister and have tried to figure this out multiple times and not been successful. This video helps but this thing is so confusing. I thought I was doing well figuring out a Moby Wrap but the Moby Wrap is middle school algebra compared to this. It’s like college level physics. I hit the rewind button so many times it’s embarrassing. 🤦🏾♀️
Horrible and confusing video. I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out what straps it was even talking about and never did. Thankfully I found a different video that actually made sense. They need to delete this. Waste of time.

😂😂😂 for real!

That’s why I buckled everything before putting in baby.

Compliant baby. Wish me luck with mine! :)
It’s so frustrating. So expensive and every time I try to use it it’s a hassle

I've had this carrier for YEARS. I can tell you now the side carry is practically useless do a front or back carry and save yourself the headache.
@@juliannahatch9096really? I was getting ready to do this. I have a 16 month old and his head blocks my head on a front carry.
Whenever I try to hip carry the strap is digging and pulling on my neck. What am I doing wrong?
I’m the same! I think it’s the straps plural that aren’t sitting right for us.
Nothing, it's a crappy design
They really need to stop zooming in and out. I do not understand what I am looking out when they zoom in. This is awful.
A lot of steps
I got a carrier it has two belts
This video is so frustrating and useless, the wordless instruction manual was more helpful but I just wasted so much time trying to figure this out
I would not recommend this carrier based off this video alone. This was so confusing
This video is 11 years old and terrible. Please update for the modern era, my God.
