Ha! Well, I'm so sorry you had to watch so many, but very glad this one helped! Feel free to leave any other issues or questions you come across here - they come to my email, and I'll get back to you with a fix ASAP. I'm fluent in lots of different carriers, and here for you whenev. :)
Omg tha k you so much for these tips. Litterally just took my first lillebaby out its box and was trying it out. I got everything nice and tight then realized I could not reach the chest clip without hurting my shoulder. Loose straps make all the difference. Looking forward to checking out your other videos for tips.
I was looking at photos of people wearing their carriers and I suspected this was a problem of mine. I will try starting out with loose straps and try this. I really want to love my carrier! lol. I may also need to cross the straps so hopefully I will get it right soon! Thank you for your videos :)
Hi Karyn! I'm new to baby wearing and just got my first carrier (Lillebaby) in! I'm super excited to wear it but my baby tends to consistently scrunch further and further down into the carrier. I have tried boosting him with a blanket, as well as tightening different areas of the carrier but he continues to slide down into the carrier overtime. Any suggestions on how to potentially fix this? I would appreciate any input you could give! :)
how tall are u? I'm only 5'2 and I have trouble with baby sitting low. I fill like the waist band sits below my hips and the straps don't tighten enough to raise carrier
I'm terrible at replying to TH-cam comments in anything that even vaguely resembles a timely manner - but I'm 5'11" - pretty tall. Hopefully you've found some good fit help other places, but in case anyone else is reading, I'd suggest you try raising the belt a bit and then crossing the straps - you'll be able to get the carrier MUCH tighter with straps crossed instead of backpack style.
I think 7lbs is the minimum still for the LILLEbaby. I’d suggest using a stretchy wrap for the first month or two (you can usually get a used Moby Wrap or something similar from a friend or second hand store), then switching the the LILLE.
+Stephanie Bennett Hi Stephanie! Sometimes, when the carrier is new, the webbing is a bit stiff and hard to adjust. I like to play with mine a bit - tighten and loosen while I watch TV etc - to loosen it up, but it will start to get easier over time with normal wear. Otherwise, keep the straps close in to your body as you pull (pull down or forward, but not out or away) for easiest sliding!
Liking and commenting to get this higher in the algorithm. This helped so much!
Ok how is it I’ve watched several Lillebaby fit videos and this one super simple one is the first one that fixed all the issues I was having lol!

I tested this bad boy with a six pack of beer. Security never checks and its great for ball games.
