Caregiver can take dependents or not

They cancelled that earlier this year I think. Sometimes, people’s cases are different - for example when the care giver entered the U.K. and on what visa type they are on. Are you based in the UK?

@explorewithjominta No sista I am from India trying to get job in uk as caregiver, I am a single mother, I like to take my mother and son with myself to uk. But many of them telling that even a RN not able to take mother only can take son, spouse. Some told that caregiver can take both, I don't know and one of my friend working in uk same like me. But after she get job in uk,she didn't tell me anything. If I asked she told I don't know, may be or else sorry. But I spend lot time to her before she entered uk she is been there in uk for nearly 5 years, she is a long time friend for 12 years 😔

@@dazzlingmirror396The reason why if the company allows dependants, they will allow o my your son is because your son is your immediate dependant.
I think you should focus on looking for the job and getting one. When you get to U.K., you can always get a lawyer to help you bring your son and maybe your mother because your mother will be taking care of your son.
I am sorry to hear about your friend, maybe she is also not in a good situation. Focus on your job search ok and apply to the jobs in the description.
