    All this manufacturing with molds, ceramics, kilns, assembly on land, loading onto a boat, and piece-by-piece assembly by divers has got to be really expensive. Why not just 3D print the marine concrete into these approximate shapes right on a barge, then push them off the barge? The sea life doesn't care how they got there!

      Serbia doesn’t have a coast let alone reefs?

    Nooo, not concrete! Its one of the worst greenhouse gas spewing materials to create and killing or reef systems. And firing ceramic is energy intensive too. This is a deadly horrible product! Please abandon those materials!
