      The Jeep being rescued really can't cope with this terrain...
      which is why it got into trouble in the first place.....
      and Rudy is driving it.....and is attached by a long rope...
      Matt's not a really happy chappie in the Morrvair....
      concerned about the steepness and the high gear ratio in the transfer case...
      plus the space for both vehicles to turn around at the top.....

    • @gibsonrocker17
      @gibsonrocker17 3 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Yeah, it's no joke! It even looks crazy steep in this video, which is a testament to how steep it really is! I've been up to the radio towers numerous times on my ATV and only made the mistake of trying to climb this hill ONCE! Got to about this same spot and bailed off to the side and dragged my 750lb ATV from the front to point it back downhill. If you've ever hiked this hill, you know how loose it is too. After I bailed on the hill, I hiked up the rest of it and was so glad I stopped when I did. There are a couple off-camber spots near the top too that I probably would have ended up "3 wheeling" and likely ended up rolling. As I was hiking back down, my feet slipped out from me 2 or 3 times without any warning and I landed square on my butt each time. I just hope this video doesn't lead some of these keyboard warriors out to this area to go "try" this hill because it really is no joke.
