Usually I expected the company to give me work visa and sponsorship but here the company is has told me to apply for job seeker visa (which needs to have 5 yrs of work experience and around 10 laks in my block account and I have 1 year of work experience) but the company's founder said the company will assist me with the embassy for that I don't need to have money in my blocked account . I just have to pay for the job seeker visa in which the company will assist me .After that when I land in Germany I can apply for a work visa within a month. Do you think that this is true or might be some unethical practice or scam

what if a person who has deposited the amount in blocked account but he didnt go to germany for some reasonn can he get that amount back????
