Tying David Knapp's PB&J Streamer

  • David Knapp originally designed the PB&J streamer for large striped bass in the Tennessee River valley. These fish were feeding on dead and dying shad being swept through dams. Today, the PB&J works well anywhere there is a shad kill. This video shows you how to tie this pattern.

    Thanks for making the tying videos! These are especially helpful because you share what you use for the waters I fish, specifically Clinch and GSMNP. I've ordered some materials for the microtubing midge pattern to give it a try. I'd love to see more streamers that work for you especially for GSMNP.
