    Nice one Anthony I like wide form factor makes 3 liters seem a lot less of a bloated nuisance, I must say though I'm liking the new pressurized systems, but what I like about this one is the no leak when you take the hose off, my osprey bladder is a pain for that. Cheers -CP

    Singapore Armed Forces started issuing this exact same one to their soldiers recently. It's pretty good

    Cool....... I'm doing something similar with my pack. Can you post a link to the cover from Amazon you mention please?

    Things with more weight (such as 3L water) should not be carried on the outside, should be carried as close to the back as possible, especially if you go to the mountain route. The reason is that the weight will pull back when you go down slopes and even if you do not fall if you are forcing more lumbar to compensate the weight and after hours will hurt your back.

    I have a few camel baks from active duty. People always want me to sell them. Hell no those things are always good to have. Especially the shorty bak. I hang it off back of my seat when driving on long trips.

      1975acidburn Thanks for your service! I would never sell them. They can come in very handy for you and your family and also can use every day. Another good use as you say, hanging up in your vehicle. Take care.

    I fill mine with ice cubes first then I add water on top, darn near last me all day. I have the Camlebak HAWG. I know if you're out somewhere, ice cubes are hard to come by. I always start my hikes or bike rides from home.

    Does Camelbak Mil Spec Antidote Reservoir-100 0Z able to handle boiling water too?

    Do you think this would fit in a 5.11 rush 12?

      +Andrew Poulson would like to know these as well.

      +Jinwei Chua it seems like it would because it's a lot more wide than it is tall, that would be nice if it did fit!

      +Andrew Poulson Am considering getting this to fit into my Rush 12 hydration pocket.

      +Jinwei Chua same here, and if it doesn't fit in the rush 12 I'll just use it in my rush 72

      +Andrew Poulson Hey it fit nicely even with the bladder filled with 3L water! Now am figuring whats the best way to clean dry it, don't want it to get molded which happen to my old 1L bladder.

    Would this fit in a 5.11 rush24 pack?

    • @biblesnbarbells
      @biblesnbarbells  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +PoliticalGangster Yes.

    • @stormycliffs
      @stormycliffs 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +PoliticalGangster No, the rush 12 fits the 1.5 L, rush 24 the 2L and rush 72 3 L. So anything bigger than the 2L bladder will not fir the rush 24

      +stormycliffs Are you sure man? The OP says its possible, and also had another guy on amazon say the same.
      So are you 100% sure?
      Thanks for the help
      Appreciate it

      PoliticalGangster it will probably fit in if you scrunch it in, but filling it more than 2.25 litres and you will have trouble, i'm sure filling the 3L resovoir to 2L will probably fit, but even that's pushing it.
