Capcom Fighting Evolution - unlock Shin Akuma

Win every round. Difficulty can be lowered to 1 Star
Get 3 Perfects.
Get 3 Super Combo finishes.
Defeat Ingrid (mid boss).
If successful screen will fade to white after beating Pyron (final boss).
I got this game yesterday on PS3 and found multiple forums, cheat guides with what turned out to be incorrect info on how to unlock Shin Akuma.
The above method worked however I actually ended up getting 5 Perfects and 5 Super Combo finishes.
Don't forget to save your progress on the simulated PS2 memory card or you'll lose everything when exiting the game on PS3
