Today we share adaptations of some Theraplay® activities. They offer a wide variety of playful and caring activities, all of which are quick and need few, if any, supplies.
Theraplay® is evidence-based therapy and helps build attunement, understanding and attachment between caregivers and children. As we know, attachment is the #1 protective factor.
