We recently spent 6 nights in an apartment opposite thebbig screen.
Absolutely loved it.
Yes they have tourist prices but you can find some hidden gems if you look.
You have a very envious lifestyle
Happy that you had the same impression as we did 😊 The atmosphere was extra special with the Euros going on! We need to go back and explore more of the hidden gems and other destinations along the coast
In Albania the houses prices are cheap with view from sea in front otethers country who are from 500k 700k 1m 2m and up and is cheap to live food light water is cheap

bro what do you mean there is not choice of healthy food? all the traditional food is super healthy and slow food also all the Italian and Mediterranean restaurants offer healthy slow food. what do you need asian and indian food for. eat some tomatoes olive oil

Average cost all depends on the area.
Some locals we spoke to said that you can get good apartments for as low as $500 a month, close to the sea.
