I grew up there in the 90s. Nordhoff and Cedros. I was a kid, I went to Plummer elementary and had to walk to and from school everyday. Fucked up my hair and had to shave my head one time,I got hit up by Langdon St, Columbus St, and BVN just walking home(I was like 9) lol. The city was hella active back then. There were shootings every weekend basically. Us kids couldn’t leave the apartment buildings for the summers cuz of all the activities going on outside. It was home tho. My mom got tired of the shootings so we moved in with family on the West End of the valley. NGL it was cool moving cuz I was able to ride my bike around and actually play outside with the neighbor kids without worrying about getting shot at or banged on.

I can only refer to north hills as its original name sepulveda ..and the other side panorama city is griney as hell ..police slowed it down a lot but in the 90’s and early 2000’s it was a mess..I had family members come out to sepulveda city and panorama city from La and Compton and they was like damn what city are we in again
