He was furious when he learned of Peter's affair with Tina, then his sister lost her unborn daughter so framing his brother in law for Tina's murder seemed like justice to him. The guilt over his crime and keeping a son away from his father is horrible. Despite what happened Carla knows that she has to do the right thing and get Peter released.
Well, I mean Simon probably hated Peter for ruining everything but I think that Rob was good to tell Simon that Peter didn’t kill Tina because I think I’d do the same thing, Peter brought everything on himself and if you ask me he deserved to rot. Rob felt guilty for killing Tina but I think it was a spur of the moment but I don’t think he felt guilty about sending Peter down. Peter trying to sleep with a Woman who’s half his age. Michelle says Carla did the right thing but I mean, I have a feeling based on similar events that happened to her later on and how she framed Robert for a Murder that didn’t take place then she would’ve left Peter to rot in Jail and tried to make it so Simon didn’t care if Peter killed Tina or not because Peter still ruined everyone else’s lives. I honestly think as well though that based on everything, if I was a resident on Coronation Street I’d be like Norris and be thinking that Peter must’ve killed Tina. Carla did the right thing thinking about Simon which is probably why she didn’t turn Tracy into the Police for starting the fire so she made up for that I’d probably say, I don’t know what would be best to do actually.
I miss Carla when she was with Liam. As soon as she got with Peter she was ruined because in my opinion Peter will never hold a candle to Liam. Liam and Carla were soul mates

Rob killed Tina because of a few reasons, she was having an affair with Peter behind Carla’s back for 5 Months and about 2 Weeks but Tina also threatened to report Rob and Tracy’s Dodgey Deliveries and Stolen Goods that they had and did all around to the Police so he killed her to save multiple people I think really because he did it to protect his sister Carla.
@@Rafiawinters I didn’t watch Coronation Street at the time and I was only 10 years old when this happened but I just looked back and I realised it was something like that. I think it might’ve been better if Peter actually killed Tina by accident. Say if like Tina was going to tell Carla about the affair and say she opened the door and Peter grabbed her and tried to stop her going to tell Carla and then say something happened and she pushed him and then he accidentally pushed her down the stairs and then she was dead and say if the door was open and she slid out of the door or something.
the acting was so so fantastic for this storyline. honestly
