He accidentally knocked her off the scaffolding. He knew she'd get him sent to prison for attempted murder so shut her up. It would have worked if he hadn't told Carla.
Tracy and Rob were a good couple, Rob should’ve probably never told Tracy the truth at all about him killing Tina I think. I mean Tracy was in a worse position than Carla, Peter was her brother. Tracy was the most loyal person ever I think.
