As the Founder of HWY 55 I must refute some of the silliness in these comments. Molly DID NOT CHEAT in any way shape of form. The only rule was no dunking the food in water. They do that in Nathan's and we don't allow it. This is not a , "let's see how neatly/quickly we can eat this food contest. She destroyed the challenge in a 1:37 and by the way 90% of the participants in the stores fail to eat it in 30 minutes. Give her the props she deserves. She is an amazing eater and an even better person. She is kind to everybody.
I am 1000% behind you. The comments here for the most part are just cruel, misguided, judgmental and insensitive. She is a kind, humble person who just happens to be the best in the world at what she does. I was there, saw it live, and my jaw dropped. She does not cheat in competition or in life. She is also an incredible mom and to think that her kids may see some of the asinine comments at some point should be an embarrassment to anyone who left them. Appreciate her brilliance and get a life.

There are lots of very sloppy competitive eaters it's just that you don't see/hear about them because they just aren't that fast or popular to warrant videos of them eating. If Molly weren't ranked or didn't have multiple Guinness records set you'd probably never hear/know about her and therefore wouldn't be criticizing her about her eating style. Personally I don't care for her. I knew of her back before she did her first attempts at eating challenges in Omaha, Nebraska. I find her skanky, crude, masculine, and with a personality of a bullfrog. All that being said she IS talented at putting down massive amounts of food in record-setting times and, in the world of competitive eating, that's all that matters. I do agree with you about Randy, he's my favorite because he's personable, a clean eater, a good sport and supportive of his competitors and he does a good job of encouraging viewers to patron the restaurants he does challenges in. Oh also, he doesn't vomit after eating as a rule. He may vomit because he literally can't help it but he doesn't induce vomiting after challenges like Molly Schuyler and Matt Stonie.

That being said, Molly, I think if put into that MLE lineup with Chestnut and Matt could take some contest.
I think she'd take MOST of the contests. Molly can't be touched with sandwiches, steaks and burritos maybe even burgers. She'd beat Matt and Joey on many things I think.
Molly is just a super under-recognized eater, I just recently learned about All Pro Eating though I have known about her for a couple years now and didn't know she was their #1 eater. Her speed on certain foods is unparalleled.
Annacol Matt isn't #1. Far from it actually. He can eat quick and could maybe keep up with Molly for a minute but he slows down too quick. Molly only knows one speed until the jobs done.
