Hello. I’ve seen all of your designs and plans amazing! Could i please request for a house plan and design for a 153 sqm lot. With 5 bedrooms all located in second floor wherein the 2 rooms has their connecting toilet and bath for each. Only the master bedroom has its own master T&B? Also, could i request the living room connected with a lanai/garden and the kitchen connected with the dirt kitchen. I also want the kitchen with a huge and beautiful counter. Please also put small pantry please. I also want a family room on the second floor connected with a balcony.. last request could you please make sure its high ceiling and has a huge living area and dining area. Thank you and appreciate if you could make my request . God bless to your channel ❤

This is a very attractive modernized designed building, it's worth every peso of every square meter. Furthermore, I soon as I get in touch with the architects I hope that I can opt for an electric Inverted cooker rather than a gas range

It’s excellent but for where I’m from the mass of wall would retain too much midday heat. Be better it it’s pared back in places. The elevation with the wall is not that great too. Having no windows means it will be dark.
We have area 4oft widthx43ft length, how shall we make 2 villa with common wall? We need stilt as full free , first & second floor and terrace cover with solar panels half area and half area with acrilic sheet.
Can I build this on a 30 by 120 piece of land? Also, I would like each floor to be totally separated from one another. Like a 3 different families house

Firewall po tawag dyan kapag umabot na sa property line. Maliit lang po ang lot kaya need mag firewall para maging masmalawak ang open area sa kanan at yun ang gusto ng nagrequest 🙂

In my opinion, a terrace is not a very good use of space. It has no sensible use and a constant source of water leaks. It's hot in the Philippines and when the rainy season arrives, a terrace is nothing but a wasted space. I noticed that architects like to incorporate a terrace in their designs. But that is a very expensive empty space.
