According to Hinduism🕉️ the duration of the four yugas is as follows:
Satya Yuga: About 17 lakh 28 thousand years old
Treta Yuga: About 12 lakh 96 thousand years old
Dwaparyuga: About 8 lakh 64 thousand years old
Kaliyug: About 4 lakh 32 thousand years old
These four yugas are considered to be equal to twelve thousand divine years of the gods. Starting from Satya Yuga to Kali Yuga, many changes have taken place in humans. Each Yuga has its own specialty. Currently Kali Yuga is going on and it is considered to be the worst among the four Yugas.

Yeah right 1000 years is nothing in hindu history, there are way older temples. My favorite structure is - (RANI KI VAV) in INDIA , it is a upside down temple which is used as a well to store rainwater.
