OMG, Bubble pop is my quintessential summer song. I'm going to be 80 years old bumping that ish in the nursing home! HyunA is the Queen of Unapologetical Sexiness. She got a lot of flak for being "raunchy" but refused to back down or apologize. She really owns her own sexuality and has paved the way for other korean female artist to be proudly sensual. And on stage she may be a bad b*tch, but off stage she is one of the nicest and most caring of people. The guy is Yong Junhyung. He was in a group called Beast at the time which is now called Highlight(long story-lots of legal issues). He left the group last year due to a scandal. That aside, he really was a great musican and it's sad that his career went down in the way it did.

Hyuna received a lot of hate for YEARS for her sexier look and she never took the public’s shit; always continued with being unapologetically herself. It did take quite a toll on her and she suffers from a multitude of health issues, which is why she delayed her newest comeback for a few months. Despite not everyone liking her music, I think it’s unanimously agreed within the kpop community that Hyuna has paved the way for idols today who want to do sexier, bolder styles-especially females-and for that she’s a legend. She’s been my ultimate ultimate ULTIMATE bias since 2012 and I was devastated when 4minute and the girls stopped talking to Hyuna, but I’m just glad she’s going strong under Pnation
Change is still an iconic bop, you will never change my mind. You would probably enjoy 4Minute's stuff if you liked it, because they tended to do more hard hitting songs like it. Also, 4Minute were pretty big when they were together. They were probably the most "direct" competition 2NE1 had in terms of concept and a lot of people thought Cube could have been competition for the Big 3 companies back then. (Clearly... um. My Queen! She's just so authentic, she can be sexy and fun and unapologetic while performing yet so charismatic, i never feel ofended by her but actually end up rooting for her and ... she just owns her songs. I'm currently in love with her new song "I'm not cool", also would recommend "Roll Deep" just because for me it went from shocked pikachu face to "I feel so empowered" XD (and all her other songs actually, pick the style that suits your taste better) also "Crazy" and "Hate" from 4minute. You might recognise Change being the song that Mamamoo's Solar has danced to a couple times! It's an iconic dance haha It's really not mentioned enough but apart from having great stage presence and being absolutely gorgeous Hyuna is an amazing dancer! She really should get more credit imo
Hyuna is a legen, she debuted 15 years ago I think when she was very young. She is a great dancer and performer, she is not the best vocalist or rapper, but she always sings live and her stage presence is amazing. She broke a lot of wall in kpop, she is very sexy and sometimes probably too much for korean standards. Cube Entertainment made a lot of money thanks to her but they kicked her out from the company because she was in a relationship with a member of another group from the same agency. Now they are both under PNation (Psy Company) and they are living their life as a couple and still able to release music

Bubble Pop will forever be a bop. It's still in my Spotify playlist along with EXO and SNSD songs. ❤️ She went through a lot in her career but she is striving and still thriving! I'm glad Psy took her in. PNation, her current agency, is treating her well.

I believe 4Minute is a group that should deserve a reaction regardless of HyunA, as a group with a powerful concept they were instrumental as the more notorious 2NE1 were to the female empowerment movement and to expand the variety of possible performances for female idols, groups like Everglow, (G)i-dle and Blackpink would probably not exist without these 2 (and of course others). Also some of their songs like C.R.A.Z.Y. and Hate went HARD. Fun fact #1 (about HyunA): HyunA was ranked tied in 7th place (really 8th place) in a list of the best female Kpop dancers made by actual seasoned dancers. Needless to say I'm mentioning this because I actually find it to be the one I agree the most of the ones I've seen so far. Regardless it's a cool and deserved achievement given the magnitude of the names in it (for those wondering: th-cam.com/video/0z-SFScynRg/w-d-xo.html). Fun fact #2: she's possibly Sunmi's best friend in the industry. HyunA was a member of Wonder Girls when they debuted and while she left the group and JYPE just roughly 5 months after that they stayed in touch ever since. Honestly given the amount of scrutiny and plain hate both have gone through it's heartwarming to know that they are in good terms with someone they both can relate too.

OMG, Bubble pop is my quintessential summer song. I'm going to be 80 years old bumping that ish in the nursing home! HyunA is the Queen of Unapologetical Sexiness. She got a lot of flak for being "raunchy" but refused to back down or apologize. She really owns her own sexuality and has paved the way for other korean female artist to be proudly sensual. And on stage she may be a bad b*tch, but off stage she is one of the nicest and most caring of people.
The guy is Yong Junhyung. He was in a group called Beast at the time which is now called Highlight(long story-lots of legal issues). He left the group last year due to a scandal. That aside, he really was a great musican and it's sad that his career went down in the way it did.

Hyuna received a lot of hate for YEARS for her sexier look and she never took the public’s shit; always continued with being unapologetically herself. It did take quite a toll on her and she suffers from a multitude of health issues, which is why she delayed her newest comeback for a few months. Despite not everyone liking her music, I think it’s unanimously agreed within the kpop community that Hyuna has paved the way for idols today who want to do sexier, bolder styles-especially females-and for that she’s a legend. She’s been my ultimate ultimate ULTIMATE bias since 2012 and I was devastated when 4minute and the girls stopped talking to Hyuna, but I’m just glad she’s going strong under Pnation

Change is still an iconic bop, you will never change my mind. You would probably enjoy 4Minute's stuff if you liked it, because they tended to do more hard hitting songs like it. Also, 4Minute were pretty big when they were together. They were probably the most "direct" competition 2NE1 had in terms of concept and a lot of people thought Cube could have been competition for the Big 3 companies back then. (Clearly... um. Not so much any more.)

My Queen! She's just so authentic, she can be sexy and fun and unapologetic while performing yet so charismatic, i never feel ofended by her but actually end up rooting for her and ... she just owns her songs. I'm currently in love with her new song "I'm not cool", also would recommend "Roll Deep" just because for me it went from shocked pikachu face to "I feel so empowered" XD (and all her other songs actually, pick the style that suits your taste better) also "Crazy" and "Hate" from 4minute. You could also check Troublemaker and 365Fresh.

Hyuna is a legen, she debuted 15 years ago I think when she was very young. She is a great dancer and performer, she is not the best vocalist or rapper, but she always sings live and her stage presence is amazing. She broke a lot of wall in kpop, she is very sexy and sometimes probably too much for korean standards. Cube Entertainment made a lot of money thanks to her but they kicked her out from the company because she was in a relationship with a member of another group from the same agency. Now they are both under PNation (Psy Company) and they are living their life as a couple and still able to release music

She's all over the place stylistically, or at least her songs sound wildly different from track to track. I'm always a little scared when she has a comeback, can't be sure what we're gonna get. Try 'Red' and 'Ice Cream' for clubby bops.

I know bubble pop isn't your cup of tea, but if you want to see endless swag, check out 4minute crazy, mirror mirror, hate, Huh. If you want to see HyunA's solo swag check out "Cause I'm God Girl" (Same song as Roll Deep, but this version has English subs). She is a whole different animal.
I believe 4Minute is a group that should deserve a reaction regardless of HyunA, as a group with a powerful concept they were instrumental as the more notorious 2NE1 were to the female empowerment movement and to expand the variety of possible performances for female idols, groups like Everglow, (G)i-dle and Blackpink would probably not exist without these 2 (and of course others). Also some of their songs like C.R.A.Z.Y. and Hate went HARD.
Fun fact #1 (about HyunA): HyunA was ranked tied in 7th place (really 8th place) in a list of the best female Kpop dancers made by actual seasoned dancers. Needless to say I'm mentioning this because I actually find it to be the one I agree the most of the ones I've seen so far. Regardless it's a cool and deserved achievement given the magnitude of the names in it (for those wondering: th-cam.com/video/0z-SFScynRg/w-d-xo.html).
Fun fact #2: she's possibly Sunmi's best friend in the industry. HyunA was a member of Wonder Girls when they debuted and while she left the group and JYPE just roughly 5 months after that they stayed in touch ever since. Honestly given the amount of scrutiny and plain hate both have gone through it's heartwarming to know that they are in good terms with someone they both can relate too.
