You can read in manga of this anime adapted from because conversation between kaguya and hayasaka is cut down in anime. In manga it is like that hayasaka told that French kiss is just like oral s*x but kaguya didn't believe it. So she call Nagisa Kashiwagi to check it. kaguya ask to her how much time is between first kiss and sex she said 2 months. Then Kaguya ask her time taken between French kiss then sex she replied 40 seconds. That's why hayasaka said idiot to kaguya.
