maybe idk, doesnt have to do much with it expect for the Handstand Flag, just try it :) Handstand is more about balance and this stuff is about strength :)
Naytowl Just find a thin pole (first) that you can easily (grip) and then slowly start practicing lifting your body up. Probably After 2months of practicing everyday you’ll see a hugeeee progression or you’ll be doing them fully. Always stretch your shoulders good before practicing because you can hurt your shoulders. Like push ups leaning forward a little more than usual when doing push-ups. Do other exercises also to build your shoulders and core/lats
