I don’t think I’m short but as I said brands often run long if they don’t have a dedicated petite section and are therefore trying to cater to all heights. I guess the logic is a shorter person can get something tailored whereas you can’t really add fabric if something is too short
Gosh, these are SO beautiful on you, Katie! The gingham fabric is sooo cute! What I love about Petite Studio is that so many of their clothes are also suitable for other heights, I have Kristen and Imogene and they're my favorites!
Hi Katie! You look amazing in everything! I personally go for natural fibers clothing only. Having polyester linings is a big no no for me. It actually puzzles me why brands do such thing really, especially if they are in the pricier side... Makes no sense having a beautiful breathable fabric like linen or cotton and then a polyester lining... But again, the pieces you picked look lovely on you. Thx for sharing anyway. 🥰
omg, agree. I tried on a beautiful, high-end designer label silk dress at a posh consignment store the other day and it was so perfect other than the 100% poly lining.... I mean among all the choices in the world... why would a mulberry silk dress like that, that was $900 originally, be lined with poly? The saleslady said it had hung around for months and the tailor they use said it would cost a fortune to pull the dress apart and re-line it. Ay carumba, what a waste.
I first discovered Petite Studio through dailyhelen and have picked up a couple of pieces from them. Their natural material items are quite nice! I wish they didn’t make so many pieces in polyester or other plastic materials.
Love this video! I'm about 5cms shorter than you but our body type is really similar and so is our fashion sense so I find these videos super helpful for getting style inspiration and getting an idea of how certain pieces are going to fit on me. Thanks and keep up the good work!
Hi Katie, Do you have a code for Linjer that still works? I would love to buy several gold with opal pieces, but it would be great to get a good deal. Thank you.
Yes I do! It's 'KatieL15' for 15% off :) if you could use my URL as well that would be really helpful. I don't make any commission but it just lets the brand know you found them through me - linjer.co/shop-with-katie_louise
Sad to see yet another petite brand with such small sizing…nothing would fit me. Just because we are short doesn’t mean we are all tiny and slim. I’m a pretty average size 12 or 14.
I would love to see them extend their sizing, I agree. Are you a US size 12? Have you checked the measurements on their website? There may be some of the looser pieces that could work for you. The Gayle dress for instance could fit a range of sizes
The model on the website is 5’3 and it’s not close to dragging on the floor on her 🤔 I think you’d be okay paired with a small heel but yeah maybe not with flats! 🤍
These are such beautiful pieces ❤I really like both the gingham dress and blouse on you Katie. This brand is new for me and after seeing your video I will check their website. I am a true petite at 158 cm (I shrunk 2 cms over the last 20 years 😮) and find that some brands are much too long for me.
You are actually average height. It’s crazy that the fashion industry is making us think we are short when we’re actually average.

Awh thank you Mila! Agreed, I was so happy the pieces worked out for me too! They have some really pretty styles ☺️

Thank you!! I agree, it would be really nice to see the linings in natural fibres, even just viscose. Will definitely feed this back to them 🤍
Thanks, Katie! I am petite and I would love more just like this.
yay! Glad you enjoyed. I'll definitely make more like this then
Love this! With the Kirsten dress, how do you think it would work with a very large bust? That's my biggest concern, but the dress is so pretty!
Received my black gingham dress today, and it is perfect 💖
Great selections Katie, they all look lovely on you. I especially love the peplum top! Congratulations on 10k! You deserve more!!!
Thank you Maria you are too kind!! ❤
More petite reviews please ❤

I also discovered them through Helen! ❤

Oh that’s amazing! So glad I could be of help 🥰
Really nice choices! All the dresses were just beautiful, and really flattering choices for you. Thanks for introducing this company!
Glad you enjoyed!

You look so beautiful! 🥰 I love those jeans, where are they from?
Much love from germany 🌻
Awh thank you! They are old from & Other Stories!
At just under 5', I really appreciate it! Thank you Katie! ❤
You're so welcome!
Love the white dress but at 5’5 it’s a maxi on you. For my 5’1 frame it would drag on the floor. So not quite made for all petite.

@@katie_louise thank you. I didn’t think of that.
When you look at their size chart, height is factored in! So they are not all the same length.
You're stunning. Love your style!
awh thank you so much!

Thank you so much! It must be really tricky being a true petite. Hopefully this brand could be a nice option for you.
Where are you shoes from in the gingham dress outfit? Super cute ❤
awh thanks! They are Zara found on Vinted last year unfortunately
i love you wrote Gayle Dress one. if you don't mind, could you share your body shape size as reference? thanks
I just added my measurements to the description box! Hope it's helpful. I'm pear shaped.
@@katie_louise thanks a lot.❤️❤️
I'm tall but came to give you a like and view!
Awh you’re the sweetest, thank you!
oh my gingham!
I love the gingham its so cute!
