Great job, really enjoyed watching what you have done, being only new to Arduino, a fair bit of it went over my head but i understood the objective and result. i would like to do something similar for a powered fishing kayak. This will log my route, and retrace my steps controlling the kayak steering and speed. Also showing my position on a map on my phone. Do you have any advice on where i should be looking for help and inspiration?
I think my biggest tip lately is try using ChatGPT to help you understand the parts you need help with. I've been using it for this project and it's pretty amazing how much help it's been. I am pretty decent at python but sometimes struggle with C++. But understanding python helps me ask GPT the right questions and it helps me get the correct code working. The next tip is just start building it. Chunk the project into systems and then combine them and eventually you'll have exactly what you want.

It would be great if there was a feature that guided us to the coordinates we entered. Like waypoint on Garmin
