what do u mean u cant use any of your own mana regen? Does it not work properly on bards?
Bards are coded different so that mana regen buffs don't affect them at all. Only AAs, gear, & mod rods can help them regen it faster
Cuz they only have 1 into meditate. Also, Raptors are totally kiteable. They run slow.
