deer hunting in new york | third hunt 2023

Deer hunting in New York is one of my favorite pastimes. I have been deer hunting in New York for 30 years now. It's hard to believe that it's been that long! I don't get out every day, and I might only get a couple hours to hunt. I try to make the most of every moment and I truly enjoy the time I get. I had pretty good deer activity on this hunt and had a couple of deer come in pretty close. All in all, it was a pretty great day of deer hunting in New York!

I have different levels of success for hunting. Getting out to the woods is great. I consider seeing whatever game I'm hunting a successful hunt. I'll take a sighting as a win. It is something to build from.

Sit still your moving around to much I see more deer in the rain than I do when it's nice out
