@@chatimize exact. When i create a URL Button its clear. It opens the URL - But what a function have the other Button‘s? I can not define to open an other flow or anything. Thanks
@@adiharris9951 You can connect that button to another WhatsApp message. Once your WhatsApp message template is approved by WhatsApp, you can use these buttons inside the flow builder just like any other button.
Dude, I created the templates, they were approved. However, when creating the flow, the "Messege Type Field" does not appear for me when creating a whatsapp message, so I cannot select the templates that were created. Any thoughts?
Awesome that you were able to create the templates! But it's a bummer you cannot select the WhatsApp Message Template in the flow. Do you currently have any balance in your Manychat wallet? You can find this under Settings > Billing. WhatsApp Message Templates cost money to send and Manychat uses that wallet to pay for those messages. Please let me know if that worked for you!
@@chatimize I made a top up of $10 and set up the auto recharge, but it still doesn't have that option. When I create a flow and insert a "send whatsapp message" activity, it goes straight to the message editing screen, without the option to choose the type.
@@chatimize man, that problem has been solved. I think it was a delay with the WhatsApp verification. Now, I have other. I made a broadcasting for 1.000 contacts, but it only worked for 350 😢 And more. I putted a randomization box in the beginnig of the flow, 33% in each of 3 parts, but Manychat didn’t respect
